It's finally Spring Break! 
I'm so psyched about the free time I'll finally have to pixel, write, design, and all that good stuff. 
*sigh* Still have homework, though... but it can wait! LOL 
Dolling Meme
I could have sworn I did this before, but a look through my previous journals showed I hadn't. So here goes.
Taken from my lovely sissy:
1) How long have YOU been dolling?
I've been at this for about 7 (almost?) years now. I think. It started in '05 from looking at candybar dolls and wanting to learn to pixel like that. Since then I've found my own dolling style, I'm happy to say.
2) You have to like something about it; what is it?
Dolling (like any artistic medium) is great, because you get to take what you envision in your mind and put it onto the canvas (or base). It's also great because you can learn and grow just from practicing/trial + error.
3) What do you HATE about dolling, eh?
Eh, I wouldn't say hate, but....I shy away from big bases. LOL
4) Your favorite part of your dolls, usually is:
H A I R !
Hands down.
5) What do you put the most effort into: clothes/hair/stuff..or base editing?
Definitely the hair...with clothes a close second.
6) Bases are a staple of the dolling community. Do you like using them, or do you prefer to go baseless?
I ♥♥♥ using bases! Premade bases are great... and there are so many to choose from! I usually find just the base I need. ;]
7) Not all dollers are basemakers...are you?
I...am not. I've made some of my own, but...let's just say I need to work on that. LOL It's pretty challenging... so, much love to all the basemakers out there! <3
8) Are you part of any dolling forums?
Despite the fact that dolling forums have all but disappeared, yes. I'm on Glam! Pixel Princess, and Pixel Empire.
9) This community can suck @ss sometimes. List for us FOUR pet peeves when it comes to the dolling community.
Well, the dolling community has really shrunk. But some drama and useless debates have really ticked me off in the past... But it goes along with a lot of situations in life, I suppose. When people get together, there's bound to be some friction. :/
